There are three,
8-week phases listed below, beginning with a daily "
16-hours fasting : 8-hours eating" schedule.

This is a Fasting / Wellness Program, not a diet. You may eat reasonably during the eating window as long as you follow the "No" rules below.
 
You will need to give yourself at least 8 weeks to see the fasting benefits. You can do this!

Phase 1 - Easy

8 weeks

Eat from 12p - 8p

16-hr Fast (no food) from 8p to 12p

Approved Liquids (all day):

YES, water (2-3 liters per day)

or black coffee

or unsweet tea

Not Allowed for 8 weeks:

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas/Sweets

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice

Phase 2 - Medium

8 weeks

Eat from 1p - 8p

17-hr Fast (no food) from 8p to 1p

Approved Liquids (all day):

YES, water (2-3 liters per day)

or black coffee

or unsweet tea

Not Allowed for 8 weeks:

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas/Sweets

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice

Phase 3 - Hard

8 weeks

Eat from 2p - 8p

18-hr Fast (no food) from 8p to 2p

​Optional: 1 24-hour fast per week

Approved Liquids (all day):

YES, water (2-3 liters per day)

or black coffee

Not Allowed for 8 weeks:

No Alcohol

No Desserts/Sodas/Sweets

No Sweet Fruits or Fruit Juice
